Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and seasonings in a gallon size baggie.
  2. Close baggie and shake to mix well.
  3. Add ribs, seal baggie and shake to coat ribs.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  6. Brown ribs on all sides, in seperate batches if necessary.
  7. Mix the BBQ sauce with the vinegar and juice in a bowl.
  8. Place browned ribs in an oven safe dish in a single layer. Ribs should not touch.
  9. Cover evenly with the sauce mix.
  10. Cover the ribs with foil.
  11. Bake for at least 45 minutes or until tender.
  12. *Cool completely and freeze in a freezer bag with the sauce. Thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat in the microwave or covered at 325 degrees in the oven.
