Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450.
  2. In a pan add oil, cook onions with salt & pepper until they soften.
  3. Lower heat to med-low and cook 15-20 minutes more until they turn golden add figs, wine, stock, vinegar and rosemary to pan, raise heat to hi, cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, add salmon, cook until fish flakes easily, about 10 minutes spoon sauce onto plates, top with salmon, garnish with parsley.
