Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Heat waffle iron and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together all ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  3. Pour 1/3 cup batter into each waffle space. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
