Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine pancake mix and water; mix well.
  2. Stir in cheese and peppers.
  3. Pour batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a hot greased griddle.
  4. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
  5. Cook until second side is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with Ranch dressing or salsa.
