Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cumber peeled an julienned
  • 2 radishs julienned
  • 2 tsp chopped red onion (freeze the rest of it chopped for another dish)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp lemon pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all veggies
  2. Mix last four ingredients and toss to coat with veggies
