Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice in chicken broth,with saffron for about 25 minutes,or until broth is absorbed.
  2. Stir in salad dressing.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Fold in peas,chopped tomatoes,green pepper and green onion,lobster,shrimp,chicken and suasage,may need to add a little more salad dressing.
  5. Chill,serve on lettuce leaves,with tomato wedges.
