Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup hot water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease pan with your favorite oil.
  2. Mix flour and hot water. Press mixture into pie pan. It will be quite sticky, but a little oil on your fingers will allow you to spread the dough around the pan.
  3. Prick with fork all over. Bake 15 minutes.
