Ingredients:

  • 1 lb firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix lemon, miso, yeast and soy and then dip slices of tofu in. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
