Delicious baked tofu recipe. Ingredients:
1 pound firm tofu |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
2 tbsp miso paste |
3 tbsp nutritional yeast |
4 tbsp soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix lemon, miso, yeast and soy and then dip slices of tofu in. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
