Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown rice in olive oil.
  2. Put V-8 juice in crockpot.
  3. Add onion, pepper, and garlic.
  4. Carefully add browned rice to crockpot.
  5. Brown sausage and add to crockpot; add salt.
  6. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, then cook on LOW for 5 hours.
