Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 lb gound beef
  • 1/2 package onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix beef, soup mix, egg, rice and tomato sauce into a loaf. Bake at 375 for 45 min. to an hour.
  2. SAUCE:
  3. Mix pineapple, sugar and catsup in a small saucepan and heat until bubbly. Serve over meatloaf.
