1/2 cup(s) catsup |
8 oz can(s) crushed pineapple |
1 egg |
1.5 pound(s) gound beef |
1/2 package(s) onion soup mix |
1/2 cup(s) rice |
1/4 cup(s) tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix beef, soup mix, egg, rice and tomato sauce into a loaf. Bake at 375 for 45 min. to an hour. 2. SAUCE: 3. Mix pineapple, sugar and catsup in a small saucepan and heat until bubbly. Serve over meatloaf. |
