Maple Soy Salmon Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lb salmon

Directions:

  1. Place salmon on a single layer in greased baking pan.
  2. Mix glaze ingredients together, baste over salmon cooking in a 450 degree oven for 18 minutes, basting often as it bakes. ( about every 6 minutes).
