Korean Black Paste Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 portions of noodles
  • 50 g of pork, cubed
  • 50 g of gourd, cubed
  • 50 g of onion, cubed
  • 50 g of squid, cubed
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 cups of water

Directions:

  1. (To make the sauce) in medium heat, brown pork with a little oil,
  2. Add and saute onion, add gourd, squid, salt and pepper
  3. When it's fragant add water, black bean paste
  4. Cook until sauce reduces and alittle thickened
  5. Cook noodles until aldente, drain
  6. Serve with sauce
