My korean friends tells me that this noodle is introduced by chinese to korean, tastes alittle different than chinese noodles, but I love it
Ingredients:
2 portions of noodles
50 grams of black bean paste
50 grams of pork, cubed
50 grams of gourd, cubed
50 grams of onion, cubed
50 grams of squid, cubed
salt and pepper
6 cups of water
Directions:
1. (To make the sauce) in medium heat, brown pork with a little oil,
2. add and saute onion, add gourd, squid, salt and pepper
3. when it's fragant add water, black bean paste
4. cook until sauce reduces and alittle thickened
5. cook noodles until aldente, drain
6. serve with sauce
