My korean friends tells me that this noodle is introduced by chinese to korean, tastes alittle different than chinese noodles, but I love it Ingredients:
2 portions of noodles |
50 grams of black bean paste |
50 grams of pork, cubed |
50 grams of gourd, cubed |
50 grams of onion, cubed |
50 grams of squid, cubed |
salt and pepper |
6 cups of water |
Directions:
1. (To make the sauce) in medium heat, brown pork with a little oil, 2. add and saute onion, add gourd, squid, salt and pepper 3. when it's fragant add water, black bean paste 4. cook until sauce reduces and alittle thickened 5. cook noodles until aldente, drain 6. serve with sauce |
