Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups guinness stout
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until reduced by about half. Sauce will thicken quite a lot as it cools.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
