This is as close as I think I can get to the Guinness Glaze they use at Bennigan's. Put it on any meat when grilling. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups guinness stout |
1 1/4 cups brown sugar |
1/2 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until reduced by about half. Sauce will thicken quite a lot as it cools. 4. Store in refrigerator. |
