Ingredients:

  • 1 large can or 2 small cans campbell's tomato soup
  • 1 large or 2 small can water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes just until tender (about 15 minutes).
  2. Cook elbow macaroni according to directions on back of box.
  3. Combine all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to medium and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with cornbread.
  5. ***Can also add 1 lb. ground beef that has been browned and drained.
