Onion Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion , chopped in lg pieces
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Put potatoes and onions in pan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until very tender.
  4. Mash with remaining ingredients.
