This is a fast and easy soup that is sure to please. Ingredients:
1 cup potatoes, cubed |
1/4 cup onion, coarsely chopped |
1 large can or 2 small cans campbell's tomato soup |
1 large or 2 small can(s) water |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp. black pepper |
1 stalk celery, chopped (optional) |
1 cup elbow macaroni |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes just until tender (about 15 minutes). 2. Cook elbow macaroni according to directions on back of box. 3. Combine all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to medium and simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Serve hot with cornbread. 5. ***Can also add 1 lb. ground beef that has been browned and drained. |
