Ingredients:

  • 4 celery ribs
  • 2 lemons , juice of
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice the fennel very thinly using only some of the greenery.
  2. Slice thinly the celery, apple and onion. Add it to the fennel.
  3. Add the rest of ingredients and refrigerate for minute 30 minutes.
