Great summer salad and super easy to make. Ingredients:
2 fennel |
1 red onion |
4 celery ribs |
1 green apple |
2 lemons, juice of |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice the fennel very thinly using only some of the greenery. 2. Slice thinly the celery, apple and onion. Add it to the fennel. 3. Add the rest of ingredients and refrigerate for minute 30 minutes. |
