Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 100% bran ( nabisco)
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 pint buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine Nabisco 100% Bran and boiling water and let cool.
  3. Cream Crisco and sugar.
  4. Add eggs, buttermilk, flour, soda, and salt.
  5. Fold in Kellogg’s All Bran.
  6. Fill muffin tins half full and bake 15 minutes.
