Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crack open all the eggs into an egg white omelette after heating up the frying pan.
  2. Add the meat so that there's a thin layer of meat ontop of all of the egg.
  3. Filp into traditional omelette style and have the meat on the outside.
  4. Put the salsa onto the egg side of the omelette (or after the omelette is off the pan).
  5. Enjoy your low calorie/protein filled breakfast!
