Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 potatoes , large, already baked, peeled, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Fry onion and potato in oil.
  2. When browned add paprika, garlic,oregano, and pepper.
  3. Brown a little more.
  4. When done sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir.
