Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200degC
  2. Sauce: combine sauce ingreadients and set aside
  3. Place wedges on baking tray and sprinkle with oil. Toss to coat and roast 30mins.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning and parmesan ovet the potator wedges and roast a further 10 mins or until the parmesan is crispy and golden brown.
