Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam washed cauliflower in colander over an inch of boiling water until just able to be pierced with a fork.
  2. Melt butter in large fry pan,
  3. Cook butter very gently until a pale golden brown, almost foamy.
  4. Mash the anchovies into the butter.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Add bread crumbs and cook until toasty brown.
  7. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
  8. Add drained and dried cauliflower.
  9. Toss and sprinkle with parsley.
