Cauliflower Gratin With Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a medium casserole dish (I used 8x8 glass), arrange half of cauliflower then distribute half of goat cheese pieces and top with half of Jack cheese. Pour one cup half & half over & sprinkle pepper. Layer rest of cauliflower, goat cheese, Jack cheese, half & half and black pepper. Finally top with Parmesan/Romano. Bake for 30 minutes or until cauliflower is softened and sauce has thickened a bit. Remove from oven & let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
