Ingredients:

  • 8 oz raw milk (almond & coconut are great) or 8 oz non-dairy milk substitute ( almond
  • 1/3 oz rawburst
  • 1/2 banana
  • 12 nuts (chopped if you don'tsp have a high speed blender)
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients except whey protein at high speed. Add Action Whey and blend at lower setting. Serve and enjoy!
