Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°; place chicken in a oiled 8x8 inch glass baking dish.
  2. Brush chicken with oil; sprinkle with oregano and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide mushrooms and parsley evenly among tops of breasts.
  4. Cover each with a cheese slice.
  5. Bake, uncovered, about 35-40 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in the center and cheese is melted.
