Champagne Pork Chops in Chipotle Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all marinade ingredients into a zip lock bag along with pork chops.
  2. Let marinate 24 hours.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add pork chops, turn down heat to medium.
  5. Cook pork chops on both sides until browned and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  6. Remove pork chops from pan.
  7. De glaze pan with champagne.
  8. Whisk in mustard and cream.
  9. Stir in parsley.
  10. Return chops to pan to heat through.
