  4. Mix well, let simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Add bell peppers, artichokes an any other vegs disered.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Cook 3 cups of rice, substituting broth for the water.
  8. Add 1 T turmic to rice for color.
  9. Mix together meat& rice garnish with parsley are green onions.
