Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the flour, Creole-style seasoning, garlic and onion powder, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Seal and shake a few times to mix the ingredients well.
  2. Rinse the shrimp under cold water then place them in the bag with the flour mixture. Seal, and shake to coat the shrimp well with the mixture.
  3. Arrange the coated shrimp on a cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Save the left over flour mixture in the bag.
  4. Stir together the hot sauce, garlic, cayenne pepper and butter in a mixing bowl and set aside. In a pot, heat oil to 375 degrees F.
  5. Take the shrimp out of the refrigerator and shake again in flour mixture.
  6. Place the shrimp in hot oil and fry until pink, this will take about 2-3 minutes. Remove, and coat immediately with buffalo sauce.
