Ingredients:

  • 1 lb okra
  • 1 -2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Put okra in ziploc bag with a tablespoon or two of olive oil and shake until coated.
  2. Spread okra on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, turning pieces over once halfway through cooking.
