Bacon Egg And Cheese Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 18 strips bacon
  • grated cheese, any of your choice
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Lightly grease six muffin tins with butter
  3. On baking sheet, bake bacon until done but not crisp
  4. Drain on paper towels
  5. Cut 6 slices of bacon in half width-wise and line bottom of each muffin tin, swirling, with 2 bacon pieces
  6. Line sides of each muffin tin with 2 slices of bacon
  7. Sprinkle with cheese
  8. Break egg into each cup
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Bake 12-16 minutes or until whites and yolks set
