SO easy and oh so good Ingredients:
1 tsp. butter |
18 strips bacon |
grated cheese, any of your choice |
6 eggs |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Lightly grease six muffin tins with butter 3. On baking sheet, bake bacon until done but not crisp 4. Drain on paper towels 5. Cut 6 slices of bacon in half width-wise and line bottom of each muffin tin, swirling, with 2 bacon pieces 6. Line sides of each muffin tin with 2 slices of bacon 7. Sprinkle with cheese 8. Break egg into each cup 9. Salt and pepper 10. Bake 12-16 minutes or until whites and yolks set |
