Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix beef and pork. Soak bread crumbs in a little milk. Mix the two together. Add herbs. Bind with the 2 eggs, well beaten and well seasoned with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into a loaf. Melt butter in a roasting pan and place loaf in it.
  2. Bake in 350* oven for 50 minutes. About 10 minutes before done, add cream to juice around loaf.
