Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate zucchini very finely and pour off the juice.
  2. In a bowl combine together flour, zucchini, salt and beaten egg.
  3. Make patties from this mixture then roll in bread crumbs coating completely.
  4. Add oil to skillet then heat over medium heat.
  5. Rotate skillet to coat with oil.
  6. Add patties and place over medium high heat.
  7. Fry patties 6 minutes per side.
  8. Serve with a dollop of sour cream over each patty.
