Wonderful Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • black pepper (otional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender; pour over chicken pieces.
  2. Let marinate in the fridge overnight.
  3. Grill or oven-bake the chicken.
  4. To grill; remove the chicken from marinade, let the marinade drip off; grill until chicken is cooked.
  5. To bake in oven; remove chicken from marinade.
  6. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until chicken is done.
