Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix meatball ingredients and form onto 3/4 balls but do not cook'. they will be added to stew later
  2. Bring 4 1/2 cups waater to a boil.
  3. Add carrots, bullion, bay leaf, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Return to slow boil and cook covered for 10 min.
  5. Add onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes and add meat balls a few at a time. Return to boil and cook for 15 min or until vegetables are tender and meatballs fully cooked. stir in frozen peas
  6. Mix flour and cornstarch into 1/2 cup cold water stir until smooth, add the mixtureto the boiling stewa little at a time until the desired consistency is reachedcook for 1 min and serve. additional salt and pepper to taste.
