Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and pepper cook 8min.
  4. Till soft.
  5. Add chili powder and cumin cook 1 min.
  6. Add beef cook 4 min or till browned.
  7. Stir in tomato sauce and corn.
  8. Spoon mixture into 10 pie plate.
  9. Topping: in a large bowl combinecorn mix with egg and milk.
  10. Spoon batter into decorating bag.
  11. Pipe into shape of a cactus.
  12. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  13. Bake until cactus is browned.
