Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine 1st 8 ingredients.
  2. Grease muffin tins.
  3. For me, this recipe fills 9 regular muffin tins.
  4. Spoon into the tins.
  5. Then top with paprika and margarine.
  6. Cook at 350 (preheated) for 30 minutes.
  7. Top with the cheese.
  8. Cook 5 minutes more.
  9. I served mine topped with home grown tomatoes, diced with a little salt.
