Sunshine Calf or Pork Liver   Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Puree all of the above in a food processor.
  2. Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil which has been oiled.
  3. Mixture will be thick.
  4. Press flat and even.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Brownies are done when the pink is gone.
  7. Do not over bake or the brownies will crumble.
  8. Recipe may be doubled.
  9. You can also use fresh garlic instead of the garlic powder, and/or add parsley flakes for color.
