Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the flour, cornmeal, garlic, cayenne,& salt.
  2. Using a pastry cutter or 2 knives cut in the butter until the mixture is like peas,all crumbly.
  3. Add all the cheeses and mix.
  4. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 16x 5 rectangle.
  5. Cut into 1/2 strips and place on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake in 400F oven for about 10 minutes or until golden.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. Serve warm or cold.
  9. Store in an open container to keep crispness.
