Ingredients:

  • 4 - 5 apples
  • small bag chewy caramels
  • 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 -2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Peel, core and thinly slice the apples
  2. Layer in pie shell in the following order
  3. Apples
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar
  5. Sprinkle flour
  6. Dot butter
  7. Caramels
  8. You should have about 3 layers worth
  9. Combine 1/4 c melted butter, with 1/2 c brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1/2 cup oatmeal, pack over top of apples
  10. Bake at 375, on the bottom rack of the oven for 1 hour
