Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the overn to 450°F.
  2. Put a piece of heavy-duty foil in a large baking pan and place the meat on the foil.
  3. Stir together the remaining ingredients and spread on top of the meat.
  4. Add all veggies and sprinkle the water over top.
  5. Fold the foil over and seal securely.
  6. Cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
