Spinach Salad With Cranberry Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To make salad: Stem spinach, tear into bite-sized pieces and place into salad bowl.
  2. Place avocado and onion over spinach.
  3. To make dressing: Combine cranberry juice concentrate, vinegar mustard, pepper and oil in a jar.
  4. Shake until well blended.
  5. Drizzle over salad.
  6. Sprinkle dried cranberries over salad; toss gently and serve.
