Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel, seed and mash avocados. Stir in garlic powder, garlic salt, lemon juice and mayonaise. Blend well.
  2. Spread refried beans in a 12X8X2 baking dish first (if you are doing 7 layers).
  3. Then spread the avocado mixture evenly over the beans (otherwise for 6 layers, start with the avocado mixture).
  4. Carefully spread sour cream over avocado mixture.
  5. Drain picante sauce well; spoon over sour cream.
  6. Layer with the following:
  7. Chopped olives
  8. Tomatoes
  9. Sprinkle top with cheese
  10. Serve with large corn chips. Yield: 6 cups.
