Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté baby shrimp in butter; add onions, ham & fresh mushrooms.
  2. Add a touch of sherry wine.
  3. When shrimp is done, add half & half, stir and add egg yolk.
  4. Add 1/4 c. of Parmesan cheese.
  5. As the sauce thickens toss with fettuccini noodles.
  6. Top with remainder Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cracked black pepper optional.
  8. **For thinner sauce you can add more half & half.**
