Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven on 350F.
  2. Cook carrots in a boiler until done and drain.
  3. Saute onion in butter.
  4. In baking dish. layer carrots and cheese.
  5. Pour onions and butter over top.
  6. Break up Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top.
  7. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
